[tex]5x^2+13x-6[/tex]

Break  the expression into groups:

[tex]=(5x^2-2x)+(15x-6)[/tex]

Factor out x from : [tex]5x^2-2x = x(5x-2)[/tex]

Factor out 3 from : [tex]15x-6=3(5x-2)[/tex]

[tex]=x(5x-2)+3(5x-2)[/tex]

Factor out common term [tex](5x-2)[/tex]

[tex]= (5x-2)(x+3)[/tex]

hope this helps!
