how do you round im confused

5 and up is rounding up and 4 and below is rounding down.
example: 38 is in 5 and up, so you round up and get 40.

If the number is 5 and up, then you round up
Ex. 3.06
You would round it to 3.1 because it's a 6 which is 5 or up.
But if the number is 4 or under then you don't round
Ex. 3.02
You wouldn't round and it would end up being 3 because the 2 would turn into a 0 and then you'd have to drop the zeros.
