DO + OG = DG 

4x-3 + 2x+21 = 60
6x + 18 = 60
6x = 60 - 18
6x = 42
x = 42/6
x = 7

DO = 4x-3 = 4*7 - 3 = 28 - 3 = 25

Answer: 25
