2.3 kg L s⁻¹ can be written in simpler form as by the conversion of L unit to m³ , so that by putting 1L value in  m³, the value can be simplified:

1 L=0.001 m³

So 2.3 kg L s⁻¹ = 2.3×0.001 kg m³ s⁻¹

=0.0023 kg m³ s⁻¹

=2.3 × 10⁻³ kg m³ s⁻¹ .

So the 2.3 kg L s⁻¹  can be written in simpler form as  2.3 × 10⁻³ kg m³ s⁻¹.
