The price of jeans was reduced $6 per week for 7 weeks. By how much did the price of the jeans change over the 7 weeks?

You only need to figure the amount of change in this problem, so multiply the time (7 weeks) by the weekly discount (6$)

7 x 6 = $42 change in price
