The correct answer is diabetes. Cell regulation doesn't seem to work in patients with diabetes. Especially the Pancreatic B-cell regulation, diabetic patients are usually suffering a dysfunction from this. That is because of the abnormal glucose level in the body, it is affecting the pancreas and liver.
