If Circle A ~ Circle B, Circle A has a radius of 4, and Circle B has a radius of 2, what is the scale factor?

you would put circle A and circle B in a fraction form and then reduces it to simplest form so I am gonna put circle A on top then circle B on bottom 4/2 which reduces down to 2 circle A is 2 times bigger then circle B
