what is y+1= -3/5(x-4) in slope intercept form?

y+1= -3/5(x-4)
5(y +1) = -3(x - 4)
5y + 5 = -3x + 12
5y = -3x + 7
  y = -3/5 x + 7/5............this is in slope intercept form
